I know this because one of two things will happen when you buy this.1) You will receive a product identical to mine and you will be pleased.2) You will receive a faulty product and Nulaxy will send you a new one.This transmitter fits perfectly in all the cigarette lighters I have tried it in and with the neck flexibility it is fully customizable. In my car this means I can face it up towards myself and the screen is easy to navigate. The sound quality is phenomenal when playing through bluetooth or with an aux cord (it wasn’t perfect at first but I gave it a little time to warm up and now it’s great). The sound quality is a little less good for talking over the phone but I think that’s my phone’s fault not the transmitter.Another great feature is that once you connect your phone with bluetooth it will be connected automatically next time you’re in the car and very quickly too.Some reviews have complained that there is no on/off button. This seems stupid to me. If you turn the car on the transmitter turns on; and if you turn the car off there is no power being supplied to the transmitter and it turns off.This is where the research ended for me and it should for you too. This device is flawless and the company behind it is wonderful.

I was going to have to pay around £600 to install Bluetooth in my 12-year-old Audi A3 when a friend said that I should look at getting a Bluetooth transmitter instead. I looked at various reviews in tech magazine websites and also on Amazon and the Nulaxy transmitter kept on getting rave reviews.I think it’s amazing. Brilliant sound great display and adjustable rod and very easy to set up. I highly recommend it.

My husband wanted a new Bluetooth stereo in his work car so he could listen to his own music instead of a radio so I bought him this instead. It is such a price friendly device and does the job wellhe can play the music he likes and even answer calls with it now. good small device.

Easy to use very straight forward. Good sound quality my car only has tape deck and radio so this is very handy ! Plug and connect and your sorted my phone connects to I automatically when I get in and start my car so I can just click the front to start the music and drive off. Also has very handy buttons on the front to change forward and back between songs so you don’t have to fiddle with your phone while driving.

I’m using this in a 2011 F-350 that did not come stock with bluetooth functionality. This device is great as it automatically pairs with your phone every time so that I don’t need to mess with the aux cord anymore. It also has an USB charging port which is very nice.Its extremely simple to use; from the device you can adjust the transmission frequency volume play/pause and skip/rewind. Should have gotten this a few years ago!
