I love TP-Link products and this access point has not disappointed.Easy setup and great user interfaceThe only issue I have with the one I received has a EU two pin plug power supply with no option to swap it to a UK plug like a lot of these type of power supplies have these days.This hasn’t been a big issue for me as I had a UK type power supply that’s the correct wattage and voltage I could use or of course I could have used a EU to UK plug adapters which are very cheap and easy to come by.So for that reason I’ve marked it down by one star… otherwise that actual product is well worth 5 stars

L’accesso Point è POe ed è ottimo se non avete grosse pretese. L’uso è casalingo o per piccoli uffici. Nelle precedenti domande qualcuno a scritto che la porta è in gigabit non è vero ho contattato personalmente l’assistenza TP link mi hanno confermato che è in megabit.(diffidate da chi non è competente). Inoltre qualche furbetto nelle risposte alle domande da risposte senza avere il prodotto fra le mani.La confezione è fornita anche di alimentatore ma non di alimentatore Poe. Infatti si chiama switch poe e non alimentatore poe.

These items have been sent out with European plug/adapters which is no good when they are clearly being sent for UK use…

POE doesn’t work came with euro style pin plug so now have to use converter.

Very nice and sleek. Wanted a simple access point to replace my old Netgear wireless N router.Reduced one star as it will be difficult for non technical users to connect to if you don’t have a DHCP server on the network. I wasn’t able to connect even after installing the Android app. I did a factory reset and even updated the firmware.I realised that the router was not getting assigned it’s default IP address probably due to a bug. Luckily for me my old router had a DHCP server on it and I had a switch and plenty of lan cables.Once I got to the login page things were smooth. Didn’t have any use for the advanced features except for setting the signal strength of the radio to its minimum (4) as the distance I needed to cover was just about 10 feet.Using this on my desk to connect to my home network which is off the Internet and only has a NAS and two computers which I occasionally need to connect to from my phone and tablet.I’m happy with the speed and have been streaming movies to my phone/tablet from my NAS when I want to watch them in bed or to backup my devices to the NAS.Shortcomings:No built in DHCP serverNo LAN cable and no POE injector suppliedLED does not blink to display network activity
