Ich hatte mir den PowerConf direkt zum Verkaufsstart geholt und war auch direkt begeistert.Verarbeitung auf den typischen hohen Niveau also sehr gut und hochwertig.Der Ton ist auch Klasse (Vergleichswert ist ein Jabra 510) und auch die 6 Mikrofone bringen jeden im Raum klar rüber.Die Anzeige aus weicher Richtung gerade der Sprecher kommt ist eine nette Spielerei (funktioniert wie bei einem Echo Lautsprecher).Das Manko und der Grund für die Rückgabe ist leider dass der Speaker nicht mit Microsoft Teams funktioniert bzw. um hier genau zu sein die Funktionstasten geben ihre Info nicht an den Laptop weiter.Stumm schalten klappt aber wird nicht in Teams angezeigt sondern nur am Speaker.Schlimmer ist dass das auflegen an Speaker keinen Effekt hat.Ich hatte sowas befürchtet da es keine Microsoft Zertifizierung gibt.Daher top Qualität top Klang und top Sprachqualität aber für mich im Arbeitsalltag keine Hilfe.Update:Anker hat sich mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt der Support von Anker ist weiterhin 1A+++ (hatte auch schon einmal wegen defekten Kopfhörern und einer Power (nach 12 Monaten) Kontakt) und mir wurde das Firmware Update ans Herz gelegt.Ergebnis ist Microsoft Teams macht auch weiterhin nicht mit – aber ich gehe einen Stern nach oben für den super Support der hier aktiv auf mich zukam. Danke dafür!

It seems like this product has been hurried to make money off the current situation.It looks great but that’s about it. They claim there is six microphones on this device however the sound quality is no better than my Dell’s which has terrible sounding microphone.I have compared recordings through my internal laptop microphone and the Anker and while I appreciate Anker had minimally less noise the sound quality was equally bad. My voice sounded muffled and harsh.I also noticed that despite I tested in an empty room it sometimes picked wrong microphones when talking towards it (eg. rear mics instead of front ones).All in all I am going to be returning it. Shame on you Anker for wasting my time and putting my life at risk as I now need to go out to post it back.

Hello everyoneI was in the market to find the best device for my home office as i was quite tired of using the headset during MS teams calls. I have had a progression in the last 1 year or so going from a wired headset -> wireless headset -> bluetooth speaker and microphone and i pretty convinced that i will be sticking with my existing option. Really makes your life easy if you have your own space at home and privacy is not a concern.Before this purchase i did research a lot about the available devices in the market and Anker PowerConf and Jabra Speak 510 were the most popular and i ended up trying out both and have decided to keep the Jabra Speak 510 based on my observations below. Both these devices were connected to my laptop via USB that made comparison consistent.Anker PowerConf (APC) vs Jabra Speak 510 (JS):1. Speaker output and microphone:APC: Speaker output was great but microphone not so much and the voice varies as you move about in the room. It seem to adjust the volume levels that seem to be noticeable to the other user. I am not sure if the 6 omnidirectional mics are really helpful here.JS: Speaker output was great and microphone quality was noticeably superior and does not have any variations in noise levels.WINNER: Jabra Speak 5102. Noise cancellation:APC: Noise cancellation is just OK as the users on the other end were able to hear pretty much everything in the background so it doesn’t really work as advertised.JS: Noise cancellation is noticeable better and it does suppress the background noise slightly better.WINNER: Jabra Speak 5103. Integration with MS Teams:APC: There is no existing integration with MS Teams and call/disconnect button does not work to pick up and drop off a call. So please keep this in mind if you looking to use it with MS Teams. It was a deal breaker function for me. The mute button however works.JS: Fully integrated with MS Teams and everything works as it should including the call and mute buttons.WINNER: Jabra Speak 5104. Connections:APC: It connects to laptop via USB Type C which is great and bluetooth connection via version 5+ is also great. Another feature if you like to use is that Anker also acts as a battery back as well for devices.JS: It connects to laptop via the traditional USB Type A and bluetooth connection via version 5 is also great.WINNER: Anker PowerConf5. Packaging:APC: The packaging is superb and really well presented. The carry bag is much better than that of Jabra’s speak and does help in protecting the device in case of a fall as it is not a soft cloth bag.JS: The packaging is so so and the carry back is soft bag that does not provide adequate protection.WINNER: Anker PowerConfSo in terms of technical performance Jabra Speak 510 is much superior device and it’s integration with MS Teams makes it a clear winner between the 2 devices. It’s a keeper! 🙂

I bought this as a replacement for my headset which could connect with my laptop and my mobile at the same time and answer whichever one was ringing.As delivered this speaker can only connect with your laptop (via cable or bluetooth) OR your mobile (bluetooth) – it cannot cope with both at the same time. This is far from ideal.However the speaker can be upgraded for free via the Soundcore app so that when connected to your laptop via cable it will also connect to your phone via bluetooth and take calls from either.Option to upgrade firmware is via the Soundcore App (on iOS APP Store as well as Google Play store)1. Install the app on Smartphone2. Once powerconf is paired to Smartphone launch the app sign in if required.3. Go to speakers – > More4. Choose PowerConf and connect5. Once connected there will be a pop-up for firmware upgrade.6. Confirm and complete the upgradeThis worked well for me and now I have what I need.
