Mein Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum hat leider einen Wackelkontakt in der linken Ohrmuschel und das Kopfpolster löst sich ab also musste ein Ersatz her.Aufgrund der Akku Laufzeit und dem für mich guten Namen von Sennheiser fiel die Wahl auf das GSP370 und was soll ich sagen… Kein Sennheiser mehr für mich sorry!Aber mal im Detail:Hardware:Das Headset ist super verarbeitet sowohl auf den ersten als auch zweiten Eindruck. Es knarzt nichts keine unschönen Übergänge zwischen den verschiedenen Plastik Teilen alles robust und sieht wertig aus. Das kein Metall sondern Kunststoff verbaut ist stört mich persönlich nicht und dafür ist das Teil ein echtes Leichtgewicht mit 2855g (Das g933 wiegt 372g). Lediglich der Ein/Aus Schalter ist ein schlechter Witz. Er ist winzig und wenn man das Headset trägt kaum zu ertasten. Zudem wackelt er ein wenig.Akku:Sennheiser bewirbt das Headset mit 100h Akkulaufzeit. Ich habe über die Feiertage 4 Tage je etwa 10 Stunden am PC verbracht immer mit Headset und der Akku ist von 96% auf 81% gefallen. Das ist echt eine Kampfansage!Das g933 hätte ich in der Zeit mindestens einmal über nacht laden müssen.Reichweite:Deutlich besser als das g933! durch 2 geschlossene Türen und Wände kein Verbindungsabbruch über ca 9m. Das Logitech versagt bei offener Tür und einer Wand bereits nach 6m. Spitze! man kann also ohne Probleme mal zum Kühlschrank gehen und kann weiter Musik Hören etc.Komfort:Hier tu ich mich schwer… Eigentlich sitzt das Headset super oben auf dem Kopf. Das Padding am Kopfband schlägt das des g933. Die Ohrmuscheln fühlen sich auch sehr gut auf der Haut an durch die Velour-artige Oberfläche ABER!!! sind leider total klein im Vergleich zum g933 (Siehe Bild) Ich habe keine Segelohren oder sowas aber meine Ohren berühren leicht den Lautspecher und ebenfalls passen die Ohrmuscheln ziemlich genau um Mein Ohr sie liegen also ringsum am Ohr an was sehr unangenehm ist. Die Muscheln des g933 sind größer.Leider wird mir in den Ohrmuscheln auch schnell warm am Ohr weil sie zwecks Geräuschdämmung seitlich mit Kunstleder gepolstert sind.Hier ist das g933 viel weniger “nobel” funktioniert aber für mich deutlich besser.Audioqualität:Zum Microfon kann ich leider nichts sagen da ich in der kurzen Zeit in der ich das Headset verwendet habe nur Singleplayer gespielt habe und es daher nicht benutzt habe.Die Lautsprecher hingegen sind ne Wucht! Satter Sound und ohne was einstellen zu müssen passten Höhen und Tiefen. Das virtuelle 7.1 funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Also wie ich es von Sennheiser erwartet hatte.Und dann die Enttäuschung: Plötzlich knackt es aus den Lautsprechern wenns im Spiel mal etwas Bass-lastiger wird.Dongle aus dem USB-Port gezogen wieder rein gesteckt Fehler weg. Nach 5 Minuten das selbe. Reproduzierbar immer wieder… Was zum Geier??? Einstellungen in der Software ändern auch nichts.Ach ja die Krux des Ganzen!DIE SOFTWARE:Meine Güte Sennheiser baut Headsets aber lasst jemanden Software schreiben der was davon versteht!Die “known issues” Liste ist länger als die “fixed Problems” Liste im Changelog der Software.Manchmal muss man den Dongle raus ziehen und neu Einstecken damit die Software das Headset erkennt.Der Ladezustand des Headset wurde zuerst angezeigt dann ist die Anzeige am nächsten Tag gar nicht mehr da. PC Neustart da ist sie wieder.7.1 Muss man übrigens nach jedem Neustart des PC immer wieder aufs Neue aktivieren! Warum die Software sich die Einstellungen nicht behalten kann ist mir ein Rätsel. Das Headset startet also immer im 2.0 Modus.Manche Schieber im EQ kann man nicht direkt anklicken sondern bewegt sie mit der Maus indem man knapp daneben klickt andere wiederrum bewegt man durch direkt drauf Klicken.Fazit: An sich ein Gutes Headset aber Sennheiser ruiniert es durch die Softwareprobleme! Für mich zusätzlich auch noch durch die kleinen Ohrmuscheln aber das ist gewiss nicht für jeden ein Problem.Ich werde es leider zurück senden für 200€ erwarte ich einfach das alles funktioniert und passt und nehme nicht in kauf dass ich immer wieder dran denken muss 7.1 zu aktivieren. Und Knacken bei viel Bass ist ebenfalls ein K.O. Kriterium

Ordered these as I’ve always liked and used sennheiser products. I thought their headset quality would match their headphone quality. Unfortunately I was wrong. This set has been returned.On the plus side the sound quality when it works is actually very good if a little boomy and they are comfortable to wear.However the headset disconnected randomly. The mic would just stop working and refuse to work again until the dongle in the pc was unplugged and replugged (kinda defeating the object of a wireless headset) and the signal seemed plagued with noise pops crackles etc which other wireless headsets do not seem to suffer from. Worst of all is the sennheiser software it’s atrocious. Most options are greyed out (presumably as they’re reserved for higher end headsets) and the software shows that despite the product description the mic is not noise cancelling.All in all a disappointment. I expected more from the brand and for the money.

I ordered these even after seeing the reviews relating to the software issues as a lot of the reviews were fairly old so I guessed they would have ironed out the bugs. However this wasn’t to be.I’ve tried many different headsets within this price range and these by FAR had the best sound/comfort/battery life in my opinion along with the fact I thought the mic was also good too (even though some reviews rate this as poor). However I had issues with the headset disconnecting itself from windows when the PC went into sleep mode. Also after you turn off the computer then go on the next day the headset wouldn’t be recognised so you’d have to take the dongle out and put back in which always fixed the problem.I was happy to see this through so spoke to Sennheiser support I didn’t just want to return if there was a solution. Frustratingly I spoke to somebody who promised me a call back from somebody in their technical support this never happened even after chasing again. So back the headset went.Such a shame so much potential if it wasn’t for the poor software this would be IMO the best headset in this price range. Sort it out sennheiser!

I’ve had my eye on these for a while and they we’re discounted down to £134 so I took the plunge and am very happy.Great for gaming good clear sound and the battery life is just amazing the quoted 100 hours feels very achievable and the downloaded app is easy to use.The sound quality is good up to about 15-20 feet away from the PC but the mike quality drops significantly even if I wonder into the kitchen to grab a drink (through a wall maybe 10 feet) I’m told is barely understandable.They weren’t advertised as long range so I’m not really that worried about it flipping up the mike to mute also works well and feels sturdy.

I bought this because I was currently a wired headset user and I wanted to try wireless. I currently use a sennheiser Game One headset (one of the most comfortable and lightest headsets I have tried) and A GSX1000. The GSX1000 has some of the most amazing positional audio for FPS games I have ever tried I have spent nearly £3000 on sound equipment for my PC and stil cant match its quality. So I wanted to give this a go as I thought the 7.1 would be the same render engine. Unfortunately its not. The 7.1 is ok but is isnt a patch on the GSX1000. Most people will perhaps think its ok but not me. Stereo was still amazing.In the end I sacked off the 7.1 put them in stereo mode and used windows spatial audio profile and put ATMOS on instead of the apps 7.1.The mic doesnt have active noise cancellation so don’t buy it for that but passive its actually still really good.The most amazing thing about this headset is the battery depending on how much you use them they could last months on a single charge. The headset is also insanely light! I thought they sent me an empty box I was amazed.I was initially a little concerned by the bad reviews but actually they appear to have addressed most of the issues in reviews on youtube I have seen.the ear cups are nice and deep about 2.5cmThe cushions are really nice a mix of fake leather but the part that touches is material so its the best of both worlds.I have astro A50 and I would consider these a tie with them. The asto has a little bit more sound but the cups are not as deep they are heavier and the battery last less long. I typically use the astro for anything FPS based but I would 100% use these on anything else.
